Deleting your account

Step one

Go to “Settings” within the Sortible app
Tap on “Account”

Step two

Inside “Account” there’s a red “Delete Account” button.
To delete your account, tap the button

Step three

A pop-up will appear asking you if you are sure you want to delete your Sortible account. If you are, tap “Yes” and your account will be deleted.

What happens to my data after I delete my account?

  • Once you delete your account, you will immediately loose access to all events and albums within your Sortible account

  • Your photos, videos and metadata are scheduled for removal 30 days after the deletion of your account
